Liturgical Ministries

Eucharistic Ministers

Eucharistic Ministers serve the faith community by distributing the consecrated bread and/or wine to parishioners during Mass and to visit our sick who unable to come to Mass.

Eucharistic Visitors

Eucharistic visitors serve the faith community by visiting our sick who unable to come to Mass. If you are in need of a eucharistic minister, please call the church.

Readers

Ministers of the Word proclaim scripture readings to the assembled faith community during the Liturgy. Parishioners are welcome to become readers and will be trained.

Baptism Team

The Baptism Team helps to setup the baptism font and assist the parish priest during the celebration of baptisms to our newest parishioners.

Music Ministry

If you would like to join or contribute to the St. Andrew’s music ministry, or for any other music question or interest – please contact Joe Raffaele.

Spiritual Ministries

Pastoral Care

If you have any questions about the Christian faith or have pastoral needs, we would be very pleased to hear from you.

Prayer Chain

Allow God to work His miracles by having our prayer warriors pray for your intentions, your friends and family’s needs. You are invited to submit a prayer request to the St. Andrew’s Prayer Chain simply by emailing us. Your request will be forwarded to the Prayer Chain anonymously and in complete confidence.

Prayer for Healing

If you visit us, we are pleased to pray with anyone who asks (and for whatever need). We hold special healing services on the last Thursday of the month to which you are warmly invited. If a family member with a connection to St. Andrew’s were to become critically ill and you would like us to visit and talk, gain spiritual support or say prayers, please get in touch. You may find this of comfort if someone is dying.

Service Ministries

Welcoming Committee

The Welcoming Committee members make a personal phone call to new parishioners and help new parishioners to make an easy transition into our Parish Family by acquainting them with the various parish ministries and committees.

Hospitality Committee

Hospitality Committee members ensure that refreshments and snacks accompany special parish functions – including serving coffee and snacks after Mass, baking a dessert or an appetizer for a meeting or reception, picking up groceries or making phone calls to solicit help for an event.
